INCIDENTS MANAGEMENT:

• Coordinate with Operation team (managing the warehouse) the resolution of Incident and Service request by prioritizing the issue to be managed by SAP AMS team
• Clustering the issue raised by operation team to isolate recurrent one and to identify the RC
• Participate to weekly and monthly meetings with Operation team to discuss the current backlog, blocking point and actions plan to follow
• Updating and following KPI on SNOW (Tools used for the incident management)
• Performing the pre-analysis and collecting all requested information to AMS L2 to solve SAP issue
• Writing how-to and steps by step document to support AMS L2 to manage recurring issue

Project implementation:

• Writing functional specification documents regarding AS IS and TO BE situation after visiting plants and being aware of the whole processes
• Data mapping and exchange between Horsa’s proprietary software (MOVE) and the erp (SAP)
• Preparatory activity to schedule the project

Project Maintenance:

• Software trainer before and after the GO LIVE of a project
• Management and resolution of ticket with the use of a Horsa's tool in order to provide the client an ETA

Upcoming Projects:

• Preparation of DEMOs for potential clients
• Presentation of DEMOs and assessments for software selection
