• Comparing the incidence of acute flaccid paralysis and Guillain-Barré syndrome in patients before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Puerto Rico.

• Analyzing trends to determine if there was an increase in the occurrence of these neurological complications in Puerto Rico following the COVID-19 pandemic.
