  • Responsible for the requirements of the Human Resources department.
  • Responsible for guiding employees who successfully completed their probationary period in relation to contract, marginal benefits, ADP account, among other things.
  • Responsible for internal and external correspondence sent to the department.
  • Can conduct interviews with candidates along with the supervisor requesting the position and with the Department Director.
  • May participate in the drafting and creation of the policies, processes and protocols of the department.
  • Participates and helps to gather information for the different audits such as HRSA, Prosecutor, Department of Health, ASSMCA, among others.
  • Perform other tasks that are designated related, when necessary.
  • Maintains confidentiality in matters related to their work and the privileged information of the company.
