Keeping an eye out on their social media accounts, interacting with followers, sharing posts and updating upcoming events

• Responsible for all social media activities (creating content, posting, sharing, interacting with followers, etc) as Social Media Manager.
• Keeping constant contact with our leaders in various locations for their needs as Relations Assistant.

• Tutoring students in need, both Americans with learning difficulties and International students learning how to adapt in the American style of College.
• Assisting the Provost and the Assistant to the Provost in whatever task is necessary in the Academic office

• Handling cleaning of several locations on campus and assisting the Housekeeping coordinator in what was necessary.

• Assising the Admissions Director in all tasks necessary around the office, including recruiting potential new students and handling their applications,

• Assisting the Librarian in the organization of the Library (experience with the Library of Congress System)
• Assisting students in whatever they needed in the Library

• Responsible for recruiting and managing international college students to join a summer camp that teaches Japanese Junior High students English through immersion.

• Worked closely with the International Student Office at the University to develop a Help Desk that is always available to support International Students in what they need.

• Assisting with translation for local Foreigners

• Assisting the Founder in organizing a new Co-Working space directed at young entrepreneurs at University of Tsukuba
• Providing mentorship and assistance to students looking to open their own business
• Responsible for scheduling, opening and closing
• Responsible for hosting events

• Participated as one of the international students in the camp every summer (Seasonal hire)
• Became Assistant to the Team leader on the second year, and Team leader from then on.

• Responsible for translating quarterly city hall newsletters from Japanese to Portuguese
• Attending local schools to give lectures on culture, especially about Brazil

• Receiving calls from companies and schools regarding their internet connection

• Translation and Interpretation of any document and videos between Portuguese and English

• Assistant to the teacher for the 3-4 year old class
