  • Analyze compensation data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision making.
  • Prepare, and present the compensation analysis information to the management, conduct internal information to compare the internal equivalence, and market data research to ensure the company compensation packages are competitive, and within the budgetary guidelines.
  • Maintain, and update the compensation data in metrics reports. Perform quality validations on unit reports to ensure accuracy of all the company positions and employees’ information.
  • Participate in compensation survey completion, external and internal audits, and special projects.
  • Support the Annual Promotion Cycle process of salary review, by providing data and analysis to justify salary adjustment, and/or promotions in comparison with market data research.
  • Prepare personal change notifications (PCN) documents that contain salary changes and other information related to the position of the employees.
  • Prepare monthly organizational charts in the ADP Organizational Chart platform ensuring the changes made from the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) are applied. Owner of the quality validation of the organizational charts generated to ensure that the department structure is correct, and that personnel distribution is consistent.
  • Prepare customized organizational charts in the ADP Organizational Chart platform for audit requests, other department inquiries, and compensation analyses requiring departmental structure, demographic, position, and salary data.
  • Design, develop, and update job descriptions to align with the organizational needs and industry standards, ensuring clarity and precision in role expectations education, and experience qualifications.
  • Support the special project to implement the JDXpert new platform, ensuring that job descriptions are up to date and job classification codes are correct.
  • Participate in meetings with the executive, mid-level, and low-level management of other departments to provide guidelines and support the operational needs and aspects of the compensation management information. This includes changes in structures, development of new positions, salary adjustments, and retention efforts, among others.

  • Manage the termination process, such as coordinating the meeting with the exit employee to provide an exit interview, talk about COBRA (if it applies), and guide them through the payroll process with the hours, deductions, and vacation payout that applies.
  • In charge of all the activities for the employees, from regular activities to wellness activities. Communicate with the service companies and contacts.

  • Provide consultations for employees about the different licenses that the Agency provides.

  • Monthly revision and management of bills process from the HR department with the support of the accounting department. Monthly, validate that the invoices are correct and make sure that the invoice payments come out within the period stipulated by the suppliers and the agency.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with external providers, such as Triple S Health, Triple S Life, ADP for payroll support, Marsh Saldaña, and Empower Retirement (this one is quarterly).
  • Assist in regional HR activities for employees within our Agency.
  • Interact with Publicis Groupe Global Operations with offices in Mexico, Costa Rica, USA, India, and others that support HR in the HRIS.
  • Support in the 401K and payroll audit process from external companies.
  • Manage the entire process of recruiting a freelance (professional services employee). Providing the onboarding process with the HRIS, contracts, W9. Identifications, Certificates of good conduct, and others. Also, in charge of receiving the freelancers’ bills and approving them to send them to Accounting for payment.
