Cashier, Self-Check, and Service Desk Associate:

Responsible for checking out customers during busy store hours, both quickly and efficiently, while meeting and exceeding company goals. During my time working at the Service Desk, I was responsible for cashing out checks, sending and receiving money transfers, loading debit accounts, and returns. I worked as a cashier two and a half years.


Apparel Associate:

Responsible for stocking the apparel, shoes, and accessories department freight. Maintaining and keeping the aisles organized and clean. Helping out customers on the sales floor as well as over the phone, and forwarding calls to their respective departments. Making store announcements over the PA as well as dressing room duties. During my time in this department there was a shortage of personnel, so I also had to take up all these duties, on many days, by myself. I worked in this department three months.


Overnight Stocker:

Extremely efficient at stocking and exceeding company sales goals. Going above and beyond to make sure all the freight got done every night, no matter the amount. Working several pallets of freight by myself, down-stacking, stocking, and processing the overstock, both tagging and binning. During this time I worked in several departments, both grocery and general merchandise, but my main department was H.B.A. (this department goes from pharmacy to personal care as well as cosmetics). I also performed team lead duties even though I wasn't a team lead, but I was trained for it. I worked in this position four years and eight months.

Cap 1, Cap 2, Cart Pusher, Online Pick-Up, Mod Team, Inventory, Training new associates, and Back Room.
