Finance Seminar: Investigation and analysis, TFC – Consumo de Cannabis Medicinal en Puerto Rico, 05/01/22, Conducted research and data analysis on the use of medicinal cannabis throughout the island of Puerto Rico to identify market behavior and changes, and the impact of this market on the government’s and public revenues. Researched and identified the use percentages by municipality, authorized providers, and users’ gender, conducting the data analysis from 2018 – 2022. Analyzed the user population and associated medical conditions which contributed to this increase through the years; to better understand what impacted the market changes and how these changes have contributed to the increased revenues and growth of this market.
International Finance Project, Colombia, S.A.: Financial Risk Analysis, 02/01/22, Data research and investigation study were conducted on the Colombian economics behavior throughout the 21st century; in order to prepare a risk analysis for the upcoming 20 years; consolidating the economic processes and behaviors of the country. The analysis included the geographical, historical, and social context that marked the progress of the Colombian country, including political and economic data. The data from 'Standard & Poor's, Fitch Ratings and Moody's' used since 1991 by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia was analyzed to assess the improvements in the economics of the country and the increment of investors after 2017; year when the country reached a BBB (stable) rating. Analyzed the reduction of the fiscal deficit, low unemployment rates, and controlled inflation.
