  • Develop, establish and evaluate the effectiveness of a plan of recruitment, training, retention and incentives for practice supervisors
  • Develop, review and update the evaluation of the clinical program that is aligned with the academic component of the EMN and the CNME standards
  • They will also make modifications to the clinical component based on the evaluation of the program
  • Maintain an efficient and effective operation of the naturopathic medicine clinic operation
  • Lead the naturopathic medicine clinic in all aspects, ensuring that the assignment of students in their corresponding rotations
  • Ensure an adequate flow of patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions that guarantee a clinical program where students acquire the knowledge and skills of all naturopathic medicine modalities
  • Develop entrance and exit exams and clinical skills (clinical check-ups) aligned with the academic component of the program and its curricular content
  • These will be reviewed based on the needs identified through the program appraisal
  • Update the PDMN practice manual
  • Develop, manage, and continually improve the clinical faculty evaluation system
  • Discuss the evaluation results with them and document an improvement plan if applicable
  • Develop and maintain a file of the professional credentials of the clinical faculty.
