- Evaluate the adequacy of the clinical practice centers according to the clinical curriculum of the program

- Certify that the EMN clinic and its physician have the criteria for the clinical training of our students, including but not limited to maintaining the inventory of supplements, permits related to the sale of supplements and maintenance of the equipment (calibration, sanitation) of the common areas
- Develop, establish and evaluate the effectiveness of a plan of recruitment, training, retention and incentives for practice supervisors
- Develop, review and update the evaluation of the clinical program that is aligned with the academic component of the EMN and the CNME standards
- They will also make modifications to the clinical component based on the evaluation of the program
- Maintain an efficient and effective operation of the naturopathic medicine clinic operation
- Lead the naturopathic medicine clinic in all aspects, ensuring that the assignment of students in their corresponding rotations
- Ensure an adequate flow of patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions that guarantee a clinical program where students acquire the knowledge and skills of all naturopathic medicine modalities
- Develop entrance and exit exams and clinical skills (clinical check-ups) aligned with the academic component of the program and its curricular content
- These will be reviewed based on the needs identified through the program appraisal
- Update the PDMN practice manual
- Develop, manage, and continually improve the clinical faculty evaluation system
- Discuss the evaluation results with them and document an improvement plan if applicable
- Develop and maintain a file of the professional credentials of the clinical faculty.
