Assist with records disposition of official correspondence for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Front Office to ensure records are properly archived. Support other areas of this fast-paced and high priority program.

Support the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) police aviation program in development of a long-term plan to transfer capability to the Colombian National Police. Assist INL staff in developing presentations and other materials to explain the INL police aviation program. Investigate historical files of over 30 years to produce an accurate narrative of INL support for police aviation.

Welcoming visitors to the office. Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate staff. Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
