• Filled critical department positions by certifying four new emergency dispatchers. Coordinated and oversaw the daily operations of section by ensuring efficient and timely executions of assigned tasks. Additionally, provided continuous guidance, training, and support to ensure a high standard of performance
• Currently Assistant Chief of Training at 156AW overseeing 30+ Firefighters with up-to-date training qualifications in support of the Mission.
