  • Communicate to managers the status and progress of different equipment activities, such as installation, validation, preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades/refurbishment, etc.
  • Perform equipment commissioning at the manufacturer's site, including national and international travel.
  • Program management duties for new products and equipment, from experimental to commercial stages.
  • Works closely with corporate and global R&D, engineering, quality, and operations groups on new product introductions and transfers (process and equipment).
  • Participate in customer complaints investigations. Draft reports, determine the root cause, and recommend corrective actions.
