• Supported restoration of CEA3 and validation activities.
• Led the New Blending Room Project.

Phase 2 – Extrusion Line Transfer:

• Participated in coordinating facility preparation, equipment allocation, and component assessments for the new line.
• Developed new manufacturing procedures, standard operating procedures, incoming inspection procedures, work instructions, forms, and component specifications. Also, activities with DMRs change, and training.
• Analyzed design and/or requirement information for equipment and systems.
• Fulfilled orders by successfully planning, budgeting, and coordinating projects.
• Coordinated activities with suppliers, contractors, or other departments.
• Utilized root cause analysis techniques to troubleshoot, solve discrepancies and corrective action plans.
• Attended meetings with internal stakeholders regarding project progress updates.
• Created detailed drawings, schematics, diagrams, flowcharts, and layouts using CAD software.
• Validations protocols for utilities, controlled environmental room, process equipment, and component. (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ and SACQ/PAPP)
