  • I work with employee's sensitive data such as social security numbers, medical conditions and other personal matter information that are protected by the HIPAA law.
  • Also, as Supply Management Officer, I inspect policies and memorandums of internal and external organizations to ensure that Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) are regulated by the Federal Government. In this position, I have to analyze problems while gathering pertinent data following the AR 710-2 'Supply Policy Below the National Level' and AR 710-4 'Property Accountability' to develop a work-plan that is distributed orally and in writing to another Army units.
  • On the other hand, in this position I am in charge of inspecting classified and/or unclassified information (Manifest, equipment and other) to ensure that it is updated with the federal organizations and follows the proper procedures. For security purposes, I also review and prepare Risk Assessment reports to determine the operational factors that might affect the flow of movement and condition for events, training, structures in use and terrains.

  • Determines the taxpayer's ability to pay delinquent account and takes the actions required to close the account. These actions may include initiating levies, filing Notices of Federal Tax Lien, convincing the taxpayer to convert assets into cash, requesting adjustments, and initiating installment agreements, transferring accounts to field revenue officers or placement in currently not collectible status, demanding immediate full payment of delinquent returns and to encourage voluntary compliance with tax laws.
  • Receives incoming and makes outgoing contacts with taxpayers and/or their representatives responding to IRS contacts regarding delinquent situations. Analyzes all available information and takes corrective actions, such as: penalty and interest (including restricted interest). Explains actions taken, and when a balance due remains, determines taxpayer's ability to pay delinquent accounts by analyzing collection information statements.
  • Request and receive financial information statements to analyze and determine the ability to pay in accounts under delinquency that needs to be in compliance with the federal tax.
