Passionate and dedicated culinary professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-standard kitchens. I began my career at Momofuku in SoHo, Manhattan, where I developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and creativity. Since then, I’ve grown steadily through New York City’s dynamic culinary landscape, culminating in my first leadership role as Head Chef at June Wine Bar in Brooklyn. There, I led menu development, product sourcing, and team culture, focusing on seasonal, vegetable-forward dishes inspired by Spanish wine bar cuisine.
Eight months ago, I relocated to Puerto Rico to challenge myself outside of NYC and explore a new food culture. Currently cooking at Celeste, I’ve immersed myself in the island’s diverse culinary scene, continuing to expand my knowledge and technique.
