Duties:

• Logistics, speed up patient waiting time, serving as a consultant to the supervisor in decisions to increase/decrease staff or any other important decision, reduce costs and maximize laboratory processes

• Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.
• Data Entry: Enter Covid-19 results to the Department of Health, Public Health Portal of Puerto Rico
• Handle and deliver laboratory sample.

Duties:

• Supervise a group of people to perform different daily tasks. It requires a lot of organization, promoting leadership and teamwork.
• Create map fields and harvest tags.
• Take plant samples.
• Carry out the tasks of planting, harvesting, and transplanting.
• PPE and complying with the safety rules and quality standards required for each process.
• Demonstrated a high level of initiative and creativity while tackling difficult tasks.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
• Managed time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines.
• Participated in team projects, demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively and effectively.
