  • Managed the implementation of one of the most significant Voice over IP Addressed projects in Puerto Rico for the Department Of Education (PRDE), deploying over 8,000 Cisco Phones around 900 locations. This project attends critical situations like schools without phone communication after the Hurricane Maria and updates the current Call Center for Human Resources and Students needing Special Education.
  • Led the implementation of the Integrated Service Management Monitor and the Supplier Portal of the Department Of Education (PRDE), the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA), and the San Juan Municipality. These news platforms provide a mechanism to digitalize, automate, and standardize the receipt of more than 10,000 invoices from utilities and services.
  • The Integrated Service Management Monitor and the Supplier Portal gave these customers more clarity in the invoice process, which helped identify anomalies in the procedure, guiding them to savings of around 40 million dollars in invoice reclamations to the utilities and the rapid identifications of water leaks or improper use of electrical energy equipment.
  • Implement the first and most completed School Facility Management Solution. This solution provides the Department Of Education (PRDE) with a real-time view of the more than 850 schools' needs, the appropriate actions that must be carried out to correct them, and the stage at which the corrections are found.
  • The School Facility Management integrates requests from school directors, regional directors, the Office for the Maintenance of Public Schools (OMEP),and the Public Buildings Authority (AEP)in a single platform.
  • Project management at the SIFRE platform to transform and optimize the Insurance and Collections Departments (CFSE) operation. In addition to streamlining these departments, CFSE has changed the critical payroll reporting process, which involves a high volume of processing, research, and billing. With this implementation, the payroll reporting and collection notification processing were automated, reducing billing to employers from months to seconds.
  • Support the Lotería Tradicional de Puerto Rico (LTPR)in their current solution to manage the core operations and provide software assistance in the enhancements, modernization, updates, and maintenance needed on this solution.
  • Implement and support the new Sistema Integrado de Lotería Electrónica (SILE). This solution provides the digital transformation and automation the Electronic Lottery needs for merchants' licensing process.

  • Led the development and implementation of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Printing, and Mailing Outsourcing Services Business Line for Banco Santander and Island Finance with a 12-year revenue of $12,000,000.
  • Lead in this Business Line (BL) as a project and operation manager in charge of processing monthly bank data of over 2,000,000 forms, letters, statements, images, and more than 20,000 reports.
  • Managed over 40TB of data and replicated it live at a parallel facility.
  • Performed the project on time and within budget with excellent deliverables and documentation, leading the clients to renew our services every year for the past 12 years.
  • Led the development and implementation of multiple projects around the ECM platform, retail, and commercial banking in a highly regulated IT infrastructure that receives over 5,000,000 monthly hits from internal and external users.
  • Development and implementation of multiple Data Validation processes in different products in the bank industry that help identify, prevent, and fix errors on the systems that manage the financial data of more than 300,000 customers.
  • Managed the migration and extraction of around 5.8 million JetBluecredit card statements loaded in the OnDemand system between January 1, 2013, and August 10, 2020, and issued them to Banco Popular as part of the sale of this portfolio from Banco Santander.
  • Led the Content Management Data Segregation and Migration for FirstBank-owned entities to support the Banco Santander acquisition. This project conducts a 60TB data migration in stages culminating in the transition of all historical data between six to nine months.
