• Installed, tested, and configured printers on the corresponding server to be used in the MES application.
• Replaced old Zebra printer models with the new ZT610 model throughout all buildings that use the MES application on the AML site.
• Troubleshoot printer errors with the MES team and provide support to users.
• Migrated all labels configured from the old model to the new printer.
• Documented all performed tasks and evidence on the corresponding ISM Change Control and Maximo Work Order.

MES/PI System Administrator

• Support for quarterly security patching for PI servers.
• Coordinated with MES and PI vendors for the resolution of incidents or cases that affected the AML site.
• Managed a diverse range of tasks, such as access requests, assignments, and incidents affecting manufacturing on the MES application in development, test, and production instances.
• Assisted in executing SQL queries to analyze data for the yearly MES review.
• Monitored system performance to ensure optimal operations.
• Coordinated with manufacturing areas when the MES app was degraded to perform a JBOSS restart within a specified period of time.

MES System Owner backfill

• Performed assessments on various projects that impacted the MES application at a system level.
• Provided support on JIRA to execute SQL queries or scripts provided by the vendor to deliver the given results.
• Assisted in performing hotfixes to the MES application through development, test, and production instances, and documenting evidence in ISM Change Control.
• Coordinated with MES designers and automation on the creation of MES to Batch recipes.
• Support for quarterly security live patching for MES servers to ensure manufacturing areas had no downtime
