  • Responsible for the execution of different projects in the mining manufacture. Those projects include replacing weight scale systems, installation of new cement rotary machine and conveyors in the packing area, installation of new control system and new products blending system., On time implementation of a $1.5 MM reliability management program. Profit $500k annually.
  • Responsible for the installation of new control system to improve process monitoring. ($1MM Budget) .There was a significant improvement as downtime due to the malfunctioning of the obsolete system was drastically reduced. Profit $75k monthly.
  • Led the implementation of maintenance and operations Reliability Program in 80,000 bpd refinery. This effort included the implementation of software, coordination with corporate and site resources across several departments, training and auditing., On time implementation of a $1.5 MM reliability management program. Profit $1MM annually.
  • Led the scope revision for a refinery Turnaround (T/A). This revision included the close evaluation of equipment performance and Risk Base Inspection for an evaluation of the T/A scope., The original T/A of close to $30MM was scientifically trimmed by $3MM without jeopardizing the Refinery safe and reliable operation.
