- In this job I had the opportunity to receive and process patients records. My main task was to facilitate the arrival of patients with the goal of having their radiology tests be as safe and effective as possible. I developed communication skills in a high-volume patient work environment, which required sharpness and the agility to be on top of tasks while serving patients and helping the work fluency from my peers. Adapting to the unexpected volume while maintaining fluency in diverse processing platforms servers contributed to my growth in customer gratitude.
