I opened new markets, dealers, and direct customers as a regional sales manager. The focus was introducing the Keytroller Fleet Management software and hardware devices for tracking and monitoring forklift fleets in the Western USA, Canada, Mexico, and Central and South American markets. To do so, the following tasks had to be performed:


  • Develop new product literature in Spanish and English.
  • Develop technical and sales training curriculum in Spanish and English.
  • Develop online interactive training PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop online interactive sales presentations.
  • Perform online interactive training and sales presentations for dealers, their customers, and direct customers.
  • Develop proposal formats.
  • Provide Project Management for dealers and direct customers.
  • Assisted in the development of our third generation tracking and monitoring design and testing.

Achievements:

  • Surpassed 100% of the sales goals.
  • Created a dealer network of 80 dealers. I managed over three hundred dealers in all assigned territories.
  • Received regional sales manager of the year award, 2016.
