.Managed FCC Turnaround Oversaw the entire FCC .

this T/A consisted of the removal & reinstallation of regenerator cyclones , Re tubing of the floor and roof tubes in the firebox , open tunnel and repair of 10 towers , removal and reinstallation of Reactor air grid , removal and installation of FCC overhead ductwork.

.Managed all Boilermaker work and provided daily updates to Monroe energy to stay within the P6 schedule .

.Bid extra work of 4 expansion joints

Worked with engineers for the removal and install of a 22'x10' drums that was trapped within the structure

.Managed Boilermakers of the removal and reinstallation of Furnace tubes , established cut lines, rigging plans and reinstall of furnace tubes

.Managed the cleaning of the generator bank tubes.

.Managed all Q/C Holds and paperwork

.Worked with client on as how to get more efficiency from the Boiler if we were to clean buildup of the generation bank tubes which were severely clogged .

We did this successfully by way of a 10k pump with worm drive lancing equipment

Managed Boiler 19 rebuild

Worked with client , engineers , coordinators and Fabricators on rebuild .

Boiler 19 is a D Boiler which was pre fabricated off site , Boiler 19 developed linear cracks in the Mud drum ,

Managed fabrication of new Mud drum with Contential Fab off site .

Worked with engineers as how to support the Steam drum during tube removal, all tubes were removed and replaced without issue .

Managed all rigging plans and crane support

Worked with client on schedule of tube bends from Cleaver Brooks Boiler
