Judthmel is a graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Before beginning her graduate studies, she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina Campus. During her undergraduate academic years, she stood out for her commitment, dedication and responsibility. In addition, she obtained several certifications from the Forensic Science Association of Puerto Rico. Later, while pursuing her graduate studies, she completed several internships where she strengthened her skills in verbal and written communication, in the resolution and analysis of legal controversies, drafting of legal documents, among others. These years were essential to maximize her skills within the legal field, being very useful to be a responsible and ethical professional.
Responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential criminal cases. In addition, responsible for performing all paralegal work necessary which includes, but is not limited to, legal research and analysis, legal recommendations and strategies in all stages of litigation. In addition, created and prepared legal drafts by organizing and assembling information for legal documents and forms.
Responsible for evaluating complaints, explaining to the accused person about their rights, developing a defense strategy and representing them at the probable cause hearing for arrest.
Paralegal work necessary for the all lawyers of the division. In addition, responsible for execution legal analysis, legal research, drafting legal documents and resolving legal controversies at the appellate stage.
