Accomplishments
As part of the Karaya team, we won the award for the best scientific poster. Our work, titled "Integrated Process for Waste Management and Energy Production for the Artemis Mission," was recognized for its excellence by receiving an honorable mention for our scientific article in the NASA MINDS competition.
Affiliations
- Presented our research at the American Astronomical Society for the years 2023 and 2024, as part of the project entitled "Paving the Way for Astrophysics Research in Puerto Rico". Which is funded by NASA ESCoPR.
- Participated with my research group to deliver a presentation on our investigation, a research component of the NASA EScoPR-funded project "Paving the Way for Astrophysics Research in Puerto Rico." This presentation took place on November 2023, at the second meeting of the Center for Advanced Science and Engineering of Radio (CARSE).
- Presented a portion of my research as part of the "Paving the Way for Astrophysics Research in Puerto Rico," a project funded by NASA EScoPR, at the PR-LSAMP/JTM in April 2023 and April 2024.
