Surfing: paddling out on a long board with 6 foot tall waves is good exercise, I enjoy the ocean with its sunset and calming effect. .
Dancing: I organize community dance sessions for women, it's empowering and so much fun. I teach Polynesian, Flamenco, Afro-Cuban, Contemporary, and afro-dance.
