As a volunteer at PR Animals, I play a key role in supporting the well-being of homeless animals. My responsibilities include caring for the dogs and cats, giving them socialization, exercise, and affection to improve their health and adoptability. I also help with shelter maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the animals. Additionally, I participate in community outreach to educate the public about responsible pet ownership and the importance of adopting satos, our local mixed-breed animals. Through my work, I'm proud to make a meaningful impact both for the animals and for our community

Scuba Dogs and Grainger Beach Cleanup, September 2023, Limpieza Internacional de Costas 2023

The event was a beach clean-up day called 'International Coastal Cleanup 2023' at Vacía Talega Beach in Loiza, where I participated as a volunteer, during the activity, I collaborated with other volunteers in a cleanup and scientific documentation project aimed at collecting and recording as much solid waste as possible. The experience was both educational and rewarding; not only did I contribute to improving the natural environment by participating in Clean Swell, but I also learned about the importance of keeping our natural spaces free of trash and the impact it has on both our health and the ecosystem's health. This collective effort allowed me to appreciate the significance of environmental conservation and teamwork, and the organization expressed gratitude for my dedication and contribution to the environmental cause
