Led the full development and execution of El Dugout, a baseball-themed smash burger business created for EXPO ADEM, UPRB’s annual entrepreneurship expo where students are responsible for launching and operating a real business over four days.
Managed the project from start to finish, including:

- Coordinating sponsorships and managing the project budget
- Logistics, equipment, and materials
- Designing the physical space and customer experience
- Leading a team of six in operations including marketing, and sales
- Running the business on-site, serving hundreds of customers over the course of the expo
