As a coordinator I check-in patients upon arrival at the office, as well as obtains necessary financial, personal, and or medical updates, take temperatures and scan every paperwork patient signs.

I check-out patients upon completion of the appointment, schedules the next appointment(s) as needed and provides patients with receipts, school excuse notes, or appointment reminder for next visit.
I answer phone calls promptly, communicating in a courteous and friendly manner and addressing patients’ needs.
I make outbound calls to patients to confirm appointments, make sure to confirm with the parents or guardians, whether on the phone or in office, where they heard about us to enter the appropriate referral information in the patient’s chart.
