  • Due my experience on the specialized line of PPS, provide support to coworkers on Third Party Disclosure issues, presenting new information and updates about Third Party calls on Team meetings.
  • Participated actively in all the Team' meetings, and provide support on as the Note taker in multiple occasions.
  • As Acting Lead, assisted Team' Costumer Service Representatives with phone calls, referrals and technical issues during Lead leaves.
