  • In charge of the implementation, restructuration and operationalization of Regional Healthcare Coalitions providing advisory on the development of emergency response plans, trainings and exercises, as well as adequate management of uncommon situations as part of the work plan of the Assistant Secretary Preparedness and Response grant
  • Supervise and oversee multi-functional program activities involving a broad and complex range of public health, emergency preparedness and response, and healthcare programs to determine strategic execution
  • Research and development with the implementation and maintenance of State and Federal grants according to jurisdictional regulations
  • Provide strategic planning, project development and drafting of the Healthcare Coalitions input into the technical and administrative areas of the Emergency Operational Plan (EOP) including compliance with CMS Rules and State Requirements
  • Coordinate, guide and supervise activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, processes and procedures to oversee and direct work of the team activities
  • Coordinate high-level, collaborative short-term projects with other government agencies and external organizations to meet agency goals
  • Implement standards to ensure the program is consistent with the norms and procedures implemented
  • Manage projects deadlines and monitor milestones through completion stage
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to partners and Senior Executives
  • Monitor timelines and flag potential issues to be addressed with internal departments and teams

  • Monitor stakeholders in the development and implementation of policies, requirements and procedures as required by regulatory agencies
  • Maintain a consistent lines of communication with stakeholders’ executives and decision makers to keep them informed of policies and requirements changes that could affect the organization compliance to federal and state laws.
