Develop and implement federal contract compliance (EEO) and DBE programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor contractor compliance by conducting desktop monitoring (verifying and analyzing documentation) and field monitoring of contractor companies and highway construction projects. Prepare achievement reports, among others, as required by the Federal Highway Administration and other federal agencies. Analyzed and recommended proposals for the federal Victims of Crime Assistance (VOCA) program, which provides direct services to crime victims. Conducted field monitoring to evaluate the programmatic, administrative, and fiscal efficiency of projects. Provide assistance and guidance in the proposal preparation process, requirements, and program guidelines to government agencies, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations.

Conducted interviews and gathered information about the candidate's personal, social, and criminal history (Drug Court Program) to determine eligibility and specific needs. Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop a treatment and supervision plan. Monitor compliance with court-imposed conditions. Participate in pre-sentencing and follow-up court hearings, and prepare progress reports and recommendations.
