- As a Project Analyst, I developed the Puerto Rico Energy Audit Tool (PREAT), a spreadsheet used for WAP’s energy audits which was approved by the United States’ Department of Energy (DOE) and took part in the development and editing of the “Standard and Field Guide” and the “Program Operation Manual” which are the SOPs for Puerto Rico’s Weatherization Assistance Program.
