  • With an exceptional HR team and cross-functional partners, I led the transformation of the Human Resources function into a strategic, digital, and people-centric anchored in purpose, innovation, and impact.
  • Automated critical HR processes using UKG, Intechsol, and Avista, and boosted recruitment and employer branding through Indeed, Glassdoor, and close collaboration with Marketing & HR. In partnership with AON, I led the development of our compensation philosophy and pay structures, ensuring internal equity and market alignment.
  • Developed CreeSER, a comprehensive framework for onboarding, cultural assimilation, continuous learning, and leadership development.
