Over 13 years as head of IT with management experience. In charge of training, presentations, tech newsletters, test preparation, employee evaluations and recommendations.

Strengths

• Communications – This is an important piece of the puzzle in my professional life. For me is not enough to be good at something. You must be good communicating with your peers. Communications must be clear, and it’s a way of being accountable for your actions. I am fully bilingual and comfortable with keeping everybody in the loop of work progress/issues. This also helps me to be a good team player and create goodwill in the workplace.
• Quick Learner – Not a single candidate will be a perfect match for a position. But I discovered that I have the ability to consume information quickly, especially if it is technology related. For our field this is a must. Do not have a problem in reading a lot of manuals. It is our everyday.
• Passionate about Technology – It has always interested me the way technology could be leverage to do something better. So I am always reading and learning what is new out there that could help me do something better with technology.
• Business oriented – At the same time, technology changes all the time. We have to make the best decisions within our budget and current possibilities and needs. So every technology investment must respond to a real business need. I would never recommend or implement a technology just because it is the latest trend. Every investment must be a right fit for our current situation.
