Sebastián Torres Rivera

As a current Aircraft System Management (pilot) student in his junior year, my objective is to obtain an internship with Delta Airlines as an in-flight services program integration project coordinator. I want to collect, analyze, and provide essential data that will help in improving in-flight services. As a possible future airline pilot, I want to work in a company which I know give the passengers the best services while flying.

Current pilot student who is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aircraft System Management (pilot). Among my experiences and qualifications I have taken courses related to flight safety and security, human factors in aviation, ethics, and social responsibilities, among others. Also, I have knowledge of programs like Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. In addition, I am a self-starter, multitasker, very dynamic, and I really enjoy working in the creation of collaborative projects.

• 2023, Women in Aviation International (WAI) Puerto Rico Chapter, Girls in Aviation Day- I was a volunteer in this activity, and part of the education committee. My job was to teach about topics related to Air Traffic Control (ATC) while supporting NATCA. In addition, assisted other volunteers during their breaks.
• 2023, Inter American University- Bayamón Campus, Inter Volleyball Tournament- I was in the production team and my responsibilities included organizing and developing the event and communicating with students. Also encouraged the faculty of the university to participate. Searched and contacted students to compete in the event, attended coordination meetings with the DJ, presenter, etc. Organized the logistics of the tournament, arranged the different department’s teams, developed the flyers to promote the event, among other responsibilities.
