  • Ensure compliance with HUD regulations by applying best practices in bank processes to promote fair treatment and and minimize potential losses.

Key Achievements:

  • During COVID-19, claims team was reduced to 3 claims specialists and was in charge of 5 claims processes which are audible. Faced with extraordinary volume of cases in different stages, was able to drastically reduce volume of cases, claims were made efficiently and without audit signals, complying with HUD policies.

Special Projects:

In addition to the tasks as "Claims Specialist", since November 2021, we began to support the collection call center to lower the volume of calls on crime days. In this project, acquired knowledge such as payments to the account, payments to the principal, locating important information for the client in the account and providing service while maintaining the focus on the client and the image of the bank.
