  • Information Management officer in charge of over 500 accounts giving them maintenance weekly supporting battalion readiness. Responsible of keeping information systems up to date to continue with missions daily, also including maintenance of over 50 radios within the battalion, keeping communications ready to respond to any situation.
  • Primary technical assistant of local area networks.
  • Supervised the deployment, installation, operation, and unit level maintenance of multi-functional/multiuser information processing systems and responsible of briefing users to use our systems within the rules to avoid cross domain violation keeping classified systems protected.
  • Perform Battlefield Information Services consisting of printing services, publication management, files, form management, reproduction services.
  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/Privacy Act (PA), unit distribution/official mail, correspondence management, and classified document control.
