Taylor Widrig is an award winning author and entrepreneur known for her work in sustainable development, communications, and food security. Her highlights in international marketing communications include the 1st International Culinary Festival in Susha, Azerbaijan on behalf of the Heyder Aliyev Foundation and State Tourism Agency, representative of Organisation Internationale pour Les Pays Les Moins Avancés of Geneva, Switzerland to the United Nations in New York, and communications for several European based NGOs focusing on matters related to the United Nations SDG’s, LDC’s, counter terrorism, and displacement. She was nominated to speak in Kenya at the Sustainable Blue Economy Conference on behalf of the United Nations Development Program on poverty reduction, natural resource development, and job creation and employment. She recently attended the Blue Planet Alliance Fellowship event in Hawaii representing Puerto Rico for island nations transitioning to renewable energy.
