The Field Operations Manager oversees day-to-day field activities to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing field technicians/teams, coordinating logistics, optimizing workflows, and implementing operational strategies that support organizational goals.
Supervise and support field technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development.
Ensure all field operations are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.
Develop staffing schedules and allocate resources to meet workload demands.
Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to processes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Inspects the Exterior & Interior: Takes Photos & Notes Skills Needed:
Independent Property Inspector. Visit homes or commercial buildings on behalf of an insurance company to evaluate the condition, safety, and risk of the property before or after an insurance policy is issued.
Check the roof, walls, windows, and doors
Look at plumbing, electrical systems, heating/cooling
Reviews the condition of the property (age, damages, wear and tear)
Photographs the entire property
Measures and documents everything
Write an inspection report for the insurance company
