• Provides outpatient chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) clinic for about 50 to 60 patients weekly, including the management of advanced CKD patients while incorporating preparation for Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT).
• Provides in-patient care to about 60 patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) on Hemodialysis or Peritoneal dialysis and provides dialysis orders weekly.
• Coordinated Kidney Biopsy program for about 100 patients every year from 2013 to 2024.
• Provides patient education to CKD and advanced CKD patients on etiology, diet, treatment, ways to delay of progression CKD, and RRT options
• Obtains medical history, performs physical examinations, and documents patient histories to gather information and identify CKD health issues. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests. Discuses findings with patient, and develop and implement patient centered assessment and treatment plan
• Prescribes recommended/ appropriate pharmacologic treatment modalities to support health and delay progression of CKD.
• Coordinates Nephrology patient care with collaborating Nephrologist and multidisciplinary healthcare team as needed.

Obtained medical history, performed physical examination, assessed patient status, collaborate with supervising physician to make treatment recommendation, order labs and other diagnostic tests, deliver staff and patient education in various topics. Monitor patients during stress test and titrate diuretics and better blockers in the clinic
