As a Girl Scout administrative leader and dedicated volunteer, I oversee all aspects of troop coordination, including planning and organizing both in-school and out-of-school activities. I serve as the primary link with the Caribe Girl Scout Council, ensuring our troop stays aligned with broader initiatives and opportunities. When it comes to parent communication, I take the lead as the troop’s representative voice providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a strong sense of community and trust.
