- Check and verify photo identification prior to granting facility access.
- Monitor and approve access control systems for accessibility to authorized personnel.
- Patrol internal building spaces and facility grounds to identify and deter threats to assets.
- Operate radio, telephone equipment and console monitors to watch for and report on any suspicion.
- Manage security staff rotation for position coverage on breaks.
- Record incident reports with detailed accounts of occurrences.
- Give training to security workers on site-specified procedures.
