• HMI Upgrades Projects:
• HMI Upgrades for Solution Preparation and Laser Drilling tablets Control Systems; HMI were upgraded to implement an HMI Core template as part of the new HMI Upgrades at site.
• Works included generation of Functional Designs Specifications documents, Programed HMI, configured thin clients to stablish connection with the existing Servers.
• Configurated SAP Reports and SQL Servers to collect all data related to the system.
• Supported integrator during dry runs and test qualifications for the systems upgrades.
• Waste Transfer Project.
• Waste Transfer Solvent; System upgrade at Viatris Pharmaceutical Barceloneta site to Automate the solvent transferring process for the waste solvents.
• Works included the programming of control Logix PLC and Factory talk HMI, Documents generation as Functional design specifications, Generation of Commissioning, generation of Preventive Maintenance Tasks, Routing Documents for approvals, discussion of designs and implementation, Startups Support at field to troubleshoot and test instruments related to the system, Update Drawings by redlines and perform the Qualification of the control system.
• Web Application Projects:
• Web Application (RAL CALCULATOR); Executed Validation and support of a new Web application for the calculation of Residue Acceptability Limits (RAL) that was designed for a Pfizer Ireland site.
• Good Documentation practices and IOQ Validation was completed in the Moriah environment.
• Web Application (“Tiempos Limites”); As part of the task in this project I was able to generate a Design Specifications (DS) document, Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ) document and a Manual for Operation of the Web Application.
• Also executed the Validation of the application in Moriah environment as part of required tasks.
• Moriah Internal Projects:
• Moriah Startup HMI Upgrade Manual; Generated and designed an operational manual to be used as reference for execution when implementing the startup at sites for the installations and upgrades of new Human machine Interface (HMI) that uses the General Electric Proficy IFix program.

• Technician Support – Supporting technician team, troubleshooting problems with automated packaging systems that are capable to accept or reject sensors by automatically measuring parameters of the sensors as part of the function of the automated process. Also, I was able to be part of the execution of preventive maintenance tasks for equipment’s.
• Improvement Projects – Responsible of the calibration schedule for instrumentation equipment’s to be calibrated for each area of the site. As part of improvement Projects, I was able to program controllers for ovens to manage the control of temperature for the drying process of electrical components that were fabricated.
